Jordi VallesAgua specializes in contemporary Spanish cuisine with Mediterranean influences. The food is full of natural flavors made ​​from herbs and olive oil united with the freshest products to evoke the essence of Spain. Among the popular dishes is the traditionally prepared crispy suckling pig, smoked mackerel with tomato and herbs, accompanied by a fresh salad of black olives and basil ravioli or veal and pork with caramelized onions.
